Following our commitment to quality in all the process of manufacturing, we’ve designed and built a new painting booth in our workshop in Reggio Emilia.

This painting booth (7 m long, 3 m high and with a bogies-roof system) allows us to:

  • shorten the delivery time;
  • increase production and efficiency;
  • have a direct control on the final product quality.

Through this investment we are now able to do internally every single phase of the production of each machinery (ballistic separator, drum screen, vibrating feeder, conveyors…)
As a matter of fact, our standard manufacturing cycle:

  • 3D CAD design;
  • high definition plasma cutting;
  • metal plates bending and drilling;
  • welding and carpentry;
  • cleaning and painting;

it’s done internally with a direct and punctual quality control. From the Customer idea/need to the turnkey machine.

Our standard surface varnishing includes an epoxy primer and a polyurethane coat, that fits the usual requirements in the waste sorting field. We are anyway capable to satisfy every Customer request (single-hand coat, zinc-primer…).
